Can you collect a bike I bought on eBay or Facebook Marketplace in London?
Yes. Add the eBay collection code when you book and we pass it to the seller. Our driver can also send you photos of the bike at the seller’s before you pay, and you get proof of collection and delivery.
Do I need to box my bike?
No. Your bike travels unboxed, secured upright in a purpose-built rack in our van. Boxed bikes, frames and wheels are fine too, and cost the same.
Is my bike insured?
Yes, up to the value you give us when you book, from collection to delivery.
