Refund policy
At Cycle Courier Co., we provide transport services for bicycles and related items. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for bookings made directly with us.
Cancelling a booking
You may request to cancel or change a booking by contacting us at info@cyclecourierco.com.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, our standard cancellation terms are:

More than 24 hours before collection: full refund

Within 24 hours before collection: up to 50% of the booking price may be charged

If collection fails due to your default, or the bike is not made available as agreed: up to 100% of the booking price may be charged
Changes to bookings
If you need to change a booking, we will do our best to help. Additional charges may apply if the change affects timing, location, access, or the nature of the bike being transported.
If we cancel
If we need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to safety, legality, severe weather, traffic disruption, vehicle issues, staff illness, or other matters beyond our reasonable control, we will try to offer a reasonable alternative. If we cancel and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, we will refund sums paid for the affected service.
Consumer cancellation rights
If you are a consumer and book at a distance or off-premises, you may in some circumstances have statutory cancellation rights. However, where the booking is for the transport of goods on a specific date or during a specific period, those statutory cancellation rights may not apply.
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable law.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be made to your original payment method within a reasonable time after cancellation is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
