Step 1: Book online
Choose the bike type and add contact details for collection and delivery. It takes a few minutes.

Step 2: Both sides tick their free days
The sender and receiver each get an email to tick a few days they're free. The more days, the sooner we can fit you in. You don't need to be the go-between.

You get a 3-hour timeslot the evening before, then a live tracking link when the driver is on the way.

Racked upright, insured to full value, with proof of delivery at the door.

Questions people ask
How does pricing work?
Each bike type has one flat rate for collection and delivery anywhere in England and Wales, whatever the distance. Journeys to or from Northern Ireland have their own rate, shown when you choose the Northern Ireland service.
Do I need to box my bike?
No. Our vans have purpose-built racks, so there's no need for a bike box. We also move frames, wheels and bikes that are already boxed, and a boxed bike costs the same as an unboxed one.
How do dates and timeslots work?
After you book, the sender and receiver each get an email asking them to tick a few days they're free. The more days you give us, the sooner we can fit you in. We confirm one of them and send a 3-hour timeslot the evening before.
Can you collect a bike I bought on eBay?
Yes. We can give the seller your eBay collection code so they can mark it as collected, and your tracking link shows proof of collection and delivery that you can share with eBay.
Can you check a Facebook Marketplace bike before I pay?
Yes. Our driver can send you photos of the bike at the seller's so you can see it before you transfer the money.
Is my bike insured?
Yes. Your bike is insured up to its full value from collection to delivery. Tell us the value when you book. Full details are in our terms of service.
