Book your collection

Provide us with contact details of both parties as well as information on the bike that needs transported.

Arrange collection

We call the seller to arrange a time that is suitable for them.

Collect, inspect and allow you to pay for the bike

We go and collect the bike and take pictures to show you to make sure it matches the bike advertised. We also give you time to transfer the money. This also means that you don't have to transfer the money before we see the bike, ensuring it isn't a scam!

If you have chosen your inspected service, then our Cytech qualified mechanic goes through a 120+ point inspection to check the bike and inform you of any issues and repairs due. You then decide if you still want the bike.

Secure and insured delivery with live uber style tracking!

We arrange a suitable date and time for delivery to you. We will provide a 3 hour time slot the day before with uber style tracking so you are kept upto date!

The bike is secure in transit and also insured upto the full value should anything happen.

We can arrange repairs based on the report (if you have chosen this option) so that your bike arrives ready to ride!

We collect and deliver your bike within England and Wales. Usually next day service but can often be same day service, it all depends on your availability. Bike is fully insured but we have a no loss, no damage policy! You are able to track the bike with uber style tracking when we collect and when we deliver. Awesome customer service from start to end! We can also wait for you whilst you pay the seller of the bike (we do have a max time to wait for payment to clear of 35 minutes, anything longer and we would have a fee). NO BIKE BOX NEEDED.
